in pursuing my growing interest in supporting young lawyers with trainings, I have been appointed as Vice-Chair of Legal Development and Training Committee – IPBA (2023-2025).
The ultimate purpose of the IPBA is to contribute towards the development of the legal profession in the Pacific and Asian regions, the Legal Development & Training Committee, or LDTC, was established in November of 2001 as an informal committee of the IPBA, with the following objectives:
to coordinate and initiate the IPBA’s efforts to provide training to lawyers in the Asia-Pacific region; and
to support the development of legal institutions in the region.
