Ms. Le Ngoc Bao Trang is a young trainee lawyer. She has more than 5 years of experience in the practice of corporate governance, compliance, and licensing. Her main practice areas to date have been corporate and M&A matters where she has been acting for international investors in various industries, such as beverage, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and media. With in-depth understanding of Vietnamese laws as well as international practice and standards, she has assisted many foreign investors in crossing the bridge between them and their Vietnamese counterparts. Currently, she is the co-founder of Legal English for Advocates – LEAD and also the law mentor in the Volunteer Network for Entrepreneurs and Startups (the Startup Vietnam Foundation).
